Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a leader for our Customer Onboarding Team to guide a remote, hospitality-focused group. You will mentor Onboarding Coaches, drive AI-powered adoption, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to turn feedback into scalable improvements.

You will cultivate trust, deliver personalized onboarding experiences, and steward metrics to improve retention and value realization across global customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality property or Hospitality SaaS.
• High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to build trust and manage priorities.
• Ability to manage people, processes, and accounts in an agile, matrix environment.
• Strong ability to translate technical and business concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding coaches to deliver exceptional onboarding and retention.
• Standardize repeatable processes and drive AI-powered adoption to reduce admin tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to implement onboarding improvements.
• Define success metrics and monitor onboarding performance and impact.
