Cloudbeds is seeking a proven onboarding leader to build a collaborative, high-performing team that delivers seamless customer experiences. You will guide onboarding coaches to deliver personalized journeys, champion AI-powered improvements, and partner across Sales, Product, and Support to realize value early for hoteliers.

The role emphasizes emotional intelligence, trust-building, and leadership in a fully remote environment with a focus on hospitality excellence and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct leadership experience within hospitality or 3+ years in a hospitality SaaS leadership role.
• High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to build trust and relationships across all levels.
• Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and modern operating environments to support onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding coaches to care for customers and properties like Guests.
• Drive AI adoption across the team to reduce admin tasks and improve onboarding.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to convert feedback into systemic improvements and faster delivery.
