Job summary

Ceres FTS is looking for an Observability AI Technical Product Manager who has deep hands-on expertise in Dynatrace, including Davis AI and AIOps capabilities. In this role, you will define and execute the observability intelligence roadmap, driving the AI-driven operations forward.

Your responsibilities include product ownership and ensuring observability aligns with platform reliability objectives. You will work collaboratively with various teams to achieve operational excellence and improve the client experience. A Bachelor of Science or Engineering is required along with significant experience in the field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, observability or technical product management roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts as applied to AIOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Dynatrace Intelligence.
• Drive use cases for anomaly detection and auto-remediation.
• Act as the primary product interface for observability intelligence.
