Qualifications

• CA NP license and board certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations.
• Eligible for Medicare participation; ability to practice independently.
• Valid CA driver’s license; comfortable local travel.
• English proficiency required in a dynamic startup setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: initial and follow-up assessments, plans of care, and consent.
• Tech bedside integration: train staff to use Circadia in workflows.
• Data into action: interpret trends and prioritize high‑risk patients.
• Close documentation: complete notes within the same day.
• High‑volume rounds across SNFs and home visits; 30–40 mile radius.
