Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for the Nonprofit Cloud & Education Cloud Support team with a focus on NPC, Education Cloud, and OmniStudio. You will deliver high-quality enterprise SaaS support, partner with Product, Engineering, Success, and Sales to resolve complex environments, and drive CSAT and SLA performance.

Ideal candidates have Salesforce CRM experience, strong technical skills, and a passion for supporting mission-driven nonprofits and education sectors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical support/services role.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and cloud technologies.
• Able to interact with all levels of customer and Salesforce management.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, proxies.
• Experience with databases, JSON, and SQL.
• Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools (Splunk, Sumo Logic).
