Job summary

ITCO Solutions Corporation seeks a Senior Network Automation Engineer to own the reliability, security, and evolution of our global office networks from our San Francisco headquarters. You will design, deploy, and operate high‑performance wired and wireless networks across offices and campuses, with emphasis on observability, automation, and secure connectivity to cloud environments.

Qualifications

5+ years designing, deploying and operating enterprise or campus networks.
Experience building networks in a hypergrowth startup.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong depth in wireless RF, enterprise switching and routing.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, VPNs and zero‑trust access.
Experience with high availability, capacity, and scale planning.
Experience with telemetry, monitoring and analytics for reliability.

Responsibilities

Own scalable networks and office delivery.
Design, deploy and operate high‑performance wired and wireless networks across offices and campuses.
Manage secure connectivity across offices, cloud, and data centers using IPSec, GRE, or SD‑WAN.
Create reference architectures, runbooks, and deployment playbooks for a global footprint.
Build observable networks with monitoring and analytics to preempt issues.
Develop scripts and tooling to improve reliability and turn data into insights.
Automate network configuration and deployment with IaC and CI/CD.
Collaborate with Security on firewalls, threat detection, and incident response.
