Job summary

ZS is expanding its Digital Products and Solutions practice and seeks a Manager to lead high-impact digital programs powered by Azure AI, Power Platform, and Copilot. You will drive multi-cloud delivery, collaborate with client stakeholders, and embed Microsoft technologies into business transformation agendas.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in life sciences management consulting, strong leadership, and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years in life sciences management consulting.
Proven leadership of large-scale digital programs.
Familiar with Agile, DevOps, and product-centric delivery.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Client-first mentality with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Delivery Initiatives using Azure AI, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot.
Oversee end-to-end AI-enabled and Power Platform-driven programs with cross-functional teams.
Shape digital strategy and align programs with Microsoft ecosystem.
Define and implement delivery methodologies and controls for responsible AI.
Grow internal Microsoft capabilities and reusable accelerators.
Represent ZS in Microsoft and industry circles; drive business development.
