Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area, OR 5 years in the same fields without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging opportunities through advanced analytics, trend intelligence, and customer insights.
• Shape assortment, localization, and space strategies across stores and digital channels.
• Translate complex analyses into clear executive-level recommendations for merchandising decisions.
• Develop scalable analytical solutions, decision frameworks, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve assortment decisions.
• Partner with merchants and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Continuously challenge existing thinking, test new approaches, and uncover innovative ways to better serve customers and accelerate growth.
