Accenture invites a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to accelerate client journeys and orchestrate AI-first initiatives across marketing, data, and platforms. You will drive complex migrations to cloud, architect scalable solutions, and advise on content and customer engagement strategies using AEM, AEP, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture.
• Experience leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise across marketing platforms: Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.
• Experience designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions, including identity resolution and real-time activation.
• Strong data architecture foundation: modeling, integration patterns, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven ability to translate client goals into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first client engagements and model ROI before solutions.
• Architect scalable cloud-based migrations and integrations.
• Oversee complex migrations to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Provide deep expertise in AEM/AEP and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Apply AI capabilities to marketing, data, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and deliver measurable value.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects.
• Drive business development and client pitches.
• Lead onshore and offshore cross-functional teams.
• Design data architectures for AI-driven marketing and identity resolution.
• Travel as required; reside within 90 minutes of an Accenture office.
