Job summary

Integrity is seeking an AI-forward Marketing Operations Manager to bridge artificial intelligence, marketing automation, and sales enablement. You will lead the AI agent platform, craft prompts, workflows, and dashboards that accelerate campaigns and surface data-driven insights for the sales team.

You will work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to shape top-of-funnel performance and bottom-of-funnel outcomes, evolving the digital stack and AI capabilities across teams.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related analytical/marketing role.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and LLMs across education and early career; ability to automate and enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject-matter expert on the AI agent platform, building and maintaining prompts, skills, workflows, and agents for marketing and sales.
Design and iterate on prompt strategies for content generation, lead scoring, competitive analysis, and sales collateral production.
Build reusable AI workflows and agents that automate repetitive marketing and sales tasks.
Analyze marketing and sales data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities, and build dashboards and AI-assisted analyses.
