Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager (AI & Automation) to build AI-powered marketing systems, automate workflows, and reduce manual work across Growth Marketing, CRM, and Brand teams.

You will own the marketing automation ecosystem and design scalable operating rhythms to accelerate campaigns. You will partner with Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Brand teams to implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, Growth Operations or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution.
• Hands-on automation using no-code/low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Experience with Claude Code or AI-powered development tools.
• Strong process design and workflow optimization skills.
• Ability to own initiatives end-to-end and measure impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations & Process Optimization across Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative and Brand teams.
• Design Marketing Operating Systems and scalable processes.
• Own the marketing automation ecosystem and standardize the tech stack.
• Design and deploy automations using Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Hookdeck, and n8n.
• Build executive reporting and partner with BI to improve data infrastructure.
• Measure initiatives by tangible business outcomes and ensure handoff success.
