Qualifications

• 0–2 years of marketing, communications, or social media experience.
• Associate’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Interest in aerospace, defense, or technical B2B marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, analytics, or content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Social media management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (5X per week minimum).
• Website updates bi-monthly and as needed.
• Monthly newsletter creation and distribution.
• Digital asset organization and archiving.
• Gather and manage customer testimonials and case study materials.
• Print material and spec sheet management.
• Support tradeshow coordination, product demonstrations, and event documentation.
• Assist with public relations and advertising execution.
• Work with leadership and AI Tools to synthesize strategic briefs into marketing content and assets.
