Job summary

HR Tech Job is seeking an AI Adoption Contractor to audit and improve our marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, 6sense, Outreach, Sendoso, Splash, and Bevy. You will identify where AI can automate manual work, support the team’s judgments, or optimize outcomes by building improvements directly inside the tools we already use.

This hands-on, execution-focused role collaborates with Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Gen, SDR, Regional Marketing, and Events, guided by Marketing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in marketing and revenue tools.
• Experience building or configuring AI-assisted workflows in marketing tech stacks.
• Ability to work as an embedded contractor with strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Audit current tech stack to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Lead in-platform execution for AI-powered marketing motions.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and centralized AI governance.
• Document builds for maintenance and handoff.
• Deliver a structured handoff at end of engagement.
