Job summary

Okta is seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics to translate data into strategic decisions across marketing channels.

You will own measurement, attribution, and analytics for campaigns, partners, and field marketing, guiding leadership with data-driven insights and building scalable dashboards. You will lead advanced analyses, drive AI/ML capabilities for predictive insights, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating across marketing and data teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS
• 4+ years in marketing analytics: campaign performance, demand gen, field marketing, and ABM measurement
• Track record of using data to drive business strategy and budget decisions
• Experience across enterprise sales, product-led growth, and partner marketing models

Responsibilities

• Drive attribution modeling and full-funnel measurement across all marketing channels
• Translate data into actionable insights for marketing leaders
• Create forecasts and scenario models for annual budget planning
• Build and maintain self-service dashboards in Tableau for brand, demand gen, digital, and events
• Partner with cross-functional teams on performance narrative and QBRs
• Implement AI/ML capabilities for predictive modeling and automated insights
• Design and support marketing experiments with rigorous testing and validation
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for analytics
