• Lead and grow the Maps Search team with hiring, onboarding, coaching, 1:1s, feedback, and career development.
• Stay hands-on with code, architecture reviews, and thorny debugging to make smart trade-offs.
• Own and scale a high-throughput search platform handling ~1B monthly requests across listings.
• Deliver a world-class home search experience across web and mobile, improving engagement and lead conversion.
• Push forward AI-powered discovery by bringing LLMs into search and user workflows.
• Shape the roadmap with product and design, translating user needs into a clear technical plan and end-to-end delivery.
