Job summary

You will collaborate with plant leadership, technicians, and Manufacturing Capability teams to develop practical, value-adding solutions for operations.

You'll gain leadership experience and contribute to digital transformation initiatives that streamline workflows and enhance performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students who will have completed their junior or senior year by the start of the internship and remain academically active through the internship.
• Anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and April 2028.
• Strong analytical and data skills with ability to interpret data to support recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Learn manufacturing processes and understand workflow through plant operations.
• Partner with technicians and leadership to identify operational challenges and productivity opportunities.
• Evaluate how AI and digital tools can simplify work and improve decision-making.
• Develop and test a prototype, workflow, tool, or recommendation using approved AI capabilities.
• Gather feedback from end users and refine solutions based on needs.
• Present recommendations to manufacturing leaders with expected business value and implementation opportunities.
