Qualifications

• Undergraduate students who will have completed their freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year by the start of the internship and will remain academically active through the internship, with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and April 2030.
• Strong data analysis and statistical modeling skills.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Proficiency with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics concepts.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Data visualization and technical storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions to identify potential quality issues.
• Using manufacturing, operational, and quality data, build predictive models and develop data-driven insights.
• Support earlier intervention and decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Quantify business and sustainability impact by reducing waste and identifying environmental benefits.
• Communicate results through data storytelling to influence decisions.
