The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in data analysis with Excel and Minitab, plus adherence to nuclear-regulated processes and DOE clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, electrical, computer, or related).
• Strong analytical skills to analyze manufacturing data using Excel, Power Query, Minitab or similar.
• Apply statistical methods (SPC, capability studies, regressions, DOEs) to identify trends and root causes.
• Turn raw machine/process data into clear insights, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain DOE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define data requirements, select sensors and connectivity, establish data architecture and governance.
• Deploy AI tools to enhance safety, quality, and throughput in a three-shift machine shop.
• Support legacy manual and CNC equipment; collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Quality and Leadership.
