Elevate Legal Talent, a leading in-house legal team partner for a nationwide automotive retailer, seeks a Litigation Paralegal in Houston. The role focuses on consumer disputes, litigation support, and driving efficiencies with AI-powered tools.

Hybrid work starts in-office then blends with remote days. The candidate will work with attorneys, dealership General Managers, and outside counsel to manage a high-volume portfolio and ensure timely, compliant resolution of matters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with matter management systems or legal technology platforms.
• Comfortable adopting and using AI-powered legal tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to interact with General Managers and leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of consumer complaints, demand letters, and litigation matters.
• Track and maintain records in LawView matter management system.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline legal operations.
• Partner with General Managers and business leaders to address legal issues and customer concerns.
• Support attorneys in responding to disputes, regulatory inquiries, and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation strategy and discovery.
• Assist with monthly reporting, trend analysis, and matter tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation and lifecycle management of matters.
• Provide practical guidance to dealership personnel on legal issues.
• Handle various legal projects and day-to-day matters.
