Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to NJ and NY Bars or pending admission.
• 0–5 years of experience; entry-level to experienced candidates welcome.
• Hands-on use of generative AI; able to walkthrough workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate AI-powered workflows for legal tasks.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery with AI where beneficial.
• Support all phases of discovery and depositions.
• Appear in NJ and NY courts for conferences and hearings.
• Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Support managing attorney on case strategy and dispute resolution.
• Identify inefficiencies and fix them.
