Job summary

Quantic School of Business and Technology is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the applicant messaging stack. You will lead lifecycle programs, design new flows, and drive AI-assisted copy and automation improvements across Customer.io, Calendly, Help Scout, and Airtable.

You will shape segmentation, monitor deliverability and conversions, and ensure flawless messaging quality across the funnel for applicants in the US market.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in lifecycle marketing or growth roles.
• Experience designing end-to-end messaging programs.
• Strong copy editing and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle messaging stack across tools from strategy to execution.
• Design new lifecycle programs and test roadmap to lift conversions.
• Ensure QA, accuracy, and on-brand copy for every message.
• Manage Airtable workflows and CRM integration triggers.
• Collaborate with admissions leadership on segmentation & targeting.
