Capgemini Invent, a leading transformation consultancy, seeks a Manager / Senior Manager in Life Sciences to guide AI-enabled transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, labs and quality. Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation programs in Life Sciences.
• At least 6 years of consulting experience with Life Sciences clients.
• Deep expertise in two or more areas: Smart Manufacturing, Supply Chain Transformation, Lab Informatics, or Quality Transformation.
• Experience with future-state operating models, business cases, value realization frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Experience with MES/LIMS/QMS and related platforms like SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.
• Proven success advising executives and leading multi-workstream engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Life Sciences manufacturing, supply chain, laboratory, and quality environments.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on Smart Factory and AI-enabled transformation strategies leveraging data, automation, analytics, AI/GenAI, and digital twins.
• Design future-state operating models, roadmaps, business cases, and value realization frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end engagement delivery including scope, budget, staffing, and risk management.
• Drive business development, proposals, and account expansion across Capgemini’s capabilities.
• Build and strengthen executive-level client relationships and lead consulting teams.
• Champion AI and GenAI-enabled innovation to improve productivity and compliance.
• Contribute to Life Sciences offerings and thought leadership.
