Job summary

Falcon Smart IT is seeking an AI Scientific Business Analyst to bridge life sciences expertise with AI product delivery. You will partner with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Data teams to define and deliver AI-powered solutions that support clinical research and drug development.

The ideal candidate has a strong scientific background, understands clinical development, translates complex business needs into structured AI requirements, and leads UAT and requirements artifacts to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical R&D experience.
• 5+ years of experience defining KPIs and metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define AI use cases with stakeholders, including problem framing, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business needs into AI-ready requirements.
• Own UAT planning and execution with Testing teams.
• Document URS/FRS and acceptance criteria.
• Lead data specifications and AI input/output definitions in partnership with Data/AI teams.
