Job summary

Gainwell Technologies, an industry leader in health IT, is seeking an Experienced Business Analyst for AI Driven Delivery. You will help harness technology to improve client outcomes and drive healthcare solutions with a focus on governance and measurable impact.

In this role you will own AI-generated requirements, coordinate a BA team, and collaborate with clients, PMs, and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements from project kickoff through delivery.

Qualifications

9+ years in a relevant Business Analyst role, Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
Experience in AI-enabled requirements engineering with governance and traceability.
Knowledge of programming concepts such as configuration, development and batch processing.
Advanced Excel/SQL and ALM tools for requirements mapping.

Responsibilities

Own governance and validation of AI-generated requirements in Gherkin, ensuring alignment with business rules.
Coordinate a BA team’s duties on IT projects and mentor junior members.
Bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements.
Work with the client to develop business specs at the start of a technical project.
Analyze and redesign processes to support clients’ technology goals.
Verify requirements by approving test results.
Use Excel and SQL to quantify the impact of work.
