Job summary

Ncontracts, LLC in Nashville is seeking a Product Manager to drive delivery for Lending Compliance solutions used by 5,000+ financial institutions. You will translate customer needs into clear requirements and collaborate with Engineering to ship high-quality features, including AI-enabled capabilities.

This hands-on role is 70% product management execution and 30% GTM and enablement, reporting to the Director of Product Management for Lending Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant B2B SaaS product experience and shipping customer-loved features.
• Strong customer discovery and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in Agile development with engineering teams.
• Proven GTM experience including positioning, enablement, and launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery through interviews and data analysis to understand compliance workflows.
• Own product deliverables and backlog, balancing value, feasibility, and impact.
• Write scoping docs, PRDs, and specs for Engineering context and success criteria.
• Create detailed acceptance criteria and AI prototyping mocks.
• Partner with Engineering to clarify requirements and ensure quality.
• Drive AI-powered capabilities and measure outcomes post-launch.
• Define success metrics and track adoption and outcomes.
