Job summary
Fannie Mae is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager for Integrated Loan Solutions to lead end-to-end product delivery and operations for Collateral Products.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience leading complex product or technology delivery initiatives.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and portfolios.
- Experience coordinating delivery, operations, or program management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery coordination across multiple product domains.
- Manage portfolio-level dependencies and execution risks.
- Ensure work progresses with accountability and transparency across product and tech teams.
- Own release management and production readiness activities.
- Manage release schedules and deployment planning for production releases.
- Partner with Technology to reduce bottlenecks and improve release quality.
- Coordinate governance activities including dataset registrations and operational reviews.
