We're Wingman Law, an AI-native personal injury law firm representing injured people across California. We want our clients to feel like they have someone in their corner who knows their case and cares what happens to them. Nobody should feel like another case number.
We're hiring a Litigation Attorney who wants more ownership of their work and more say in the firm they're helping build. We want you involved in decisions about how we practice, serve clients, and run the business.
No partner politics or hierarchy. You'll work alongside us as a colleague whose judgment matters. If you think something should change, we want to hear it and work through it with you.
We also build our entire tech stack in-house. If something makes it harder to serve a client or adds unnecessary work to your day, you'll work directly with the people who can help fix it. Your experience will help us decide what to build.
If you've thought about opening your own firm, we want you to have a real say in building this one. We want you to have independence in your practice and a meaningful say in the business. Your goals should be part of that conversation.
We're looking for someone who prepares thoroughly, follows through, and takes clients seriously. You should be comfortable explaining your judgment, listening to a different perspective, and speaking up when something needs to change.
We want a colleague who cares about the firm and expects to be heard.
