Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join our in‑house Legal team at the Santa Ana, CA headquarters. This role blends legal, compliance, and operations and requires proactive use of AI-powered workflows to scale the team's capabilities.

You’ll report to the General Counsel and collaborate across multiple business lines, managing contract intake, privacy programs, IP docketing, governance, and cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or executive support in‑house or at a law firm.

Responsibilities

Contract operations: manage intake, review workflows, renewal tracking, and repository hygiene.
Compliance & privacy operations: support privacy program, data subject requests, cookie consent, privacy assessments.
IP operations: support patent/trademark docket, deadline tracking, inventor coordination.
Corporate & entity operations: governance, subsidiary maintenance, registered agent coordination, board logistics.
Legal team enablement: triage inbound matters and route to attorneys; support cross‑functional workstreams.
AI-powered delivery: leverage AI tools; maintain AI skill library; scale AI workflows.
