Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in legal operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools in a professional setting.
• Experience implementing legal technology solutions (CLMs, Salesforce, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Define the legal operations strategy and operating model for the Legal Department.
• Drive adoption of legal technology and automate workflows.
• Manage data metrics to demonstrate legal impact and efficiency.
• Partner with legal and executive teams to scale AI-enabled processes.
