Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a hands-on Senior Legal Operations professional to own core legal processes and drive AI-enabled automation across the company. You will work with our Legal Counsel to manage regulatory projects, entity compliance, IP protection, and consumer escalations while enabling faster, scalable operations.

You’ll build systems with low-code tools, own critical filings and audits across the US and Canada, and partner with Engineering and Product to remediate compliance risks.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end legal projects from conception to delivery.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate across legal, product, and engineering teams on regulatory work.
• Balance speed with accuracy in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Automate legal tasks using AI and low‑code tools.
• Lead legal and regulatory projects with the Legal Counsel.
• Maintain entity compliance across the US and Canada.
• Monitor brand protection and IP infringements; initiate workflows.
• Handle consumer escalations and audits to ensure compliance.
• Work with Engineering and Product to fix compliance risks.
