Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to join the Legal team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will be the daily contact for legal requests, coordinating intake, signatures, and system administration while ensuring process efficiency across the company.

You will partner with the Chief Legal Officer, manage a repository of documents, templates, and training materials, and support ESG, regulatory compliance, and outside counsel activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Studies, Data Science, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in legal operations, business operations, contracts management, or similar.
• Hands-on system experience with workflow design/administration; DocuSign, Ironclad, Jira, and Google Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the legal intake system and route requests to the right owner.
• Pilot AI-native approaches to legal operations and adoption within the team.
• Maintain CLM operations and automated workflows for NDAs, vendor agreements, and contracts.
