Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant to lead learning strategy engagements, manage multi-workstream delivery, and articulate AI-enabled capabilities that drive business outcomes. You will partner with senior client teams, apply rigorous problem-solving, and design transformative learning operating models that embed analytics and automation into the workflow.

You will influence strategy, measurement frameworks, and ROI while staying ahead of AI trends in the learning field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini) as part of day-to-day practice
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and high-quality slide writing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients at delivery/program level
• Be ready to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable partner
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose challenges into insights
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design
• Work on learning capability diagnostics and needs assessments to identify gaps
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and technology
• Connect learning strategy to business performance with measurement frameworks and ROI
• Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies and AI-powered enablement tools
• Develop executive-ready presentations, frameworks, and deliverables for senior audiences
• Stay at the frontier of AI in learning and contribute to IP and go-to-market capabilities
