Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale institutional learning.
• Experience with ADDIE design model.
• Ability to apply AI-enabled design to learning deliverables.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates cross-functionally with business leaders and departments to identify learning needs, build stakeholder alignment, support learning initiatives, implement solutions, and enable change management.
• Applies learning design methodologies such as ADDIE, solicits stakeholder input, and defines project deliverables.
• Creates deliverables aligned to quality standards and learning outcomes (job aids, eLearning, simulations).
• Applies AI-enabled design practices to improve analysis, ideation, and development efficiency, while ensuring accessibility and quality.
• Manages learning design projects with timelines and milestones, coordinating two-week sprints and prioritization with leadership.
• Identifies metrics to measure learning effectiveness and conduct curriculum revisions as needed.
