Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Product Owner to lead delivery pods and embed AI capabilities into LaserPro. You will define and prioritize AI-oriented backlogs, translate business needs into actionable user stories, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize product value.

You will drive agile ceremonies, monitor progress, and ensure aligned delivery with AI COE and Lending stakeholders, shaping how AI enhances our financial software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in product ownership or product management, preferably with AI/ML products.
• Deep understanding of LaserPro product domains and how AI can be embedded into the offering.
• Proven experience leading agile delivery teams and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery pod to deliver AI-enabled features and capabilities.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog for AI integrations into LaserPro based on business value.
• Partner with product teams to embed AI capabilities that enhance product value.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies.
