Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC. seeks a Software Engineer to design, enhance, integrate, test, and support advanced laboratory automation software. The role focuses on AI/ML, computer vision, and IoT to solve complex problems in scientific and industrial environments.

Responsibilities include developing modular software across client, web, and server environments, collaborating with hardware and systems teams, and implementing CI/CD pipelines with Docker and AWS for robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master's desirable.
• Minimum of one year software engineering experience, preferably in lab automation or robotics.
• Proficiency in OO languages (Java, Python, C++) and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software modules across client, web, and server environments with emphasis on laboratory automation and real-time data processing.
• Integrate AI/ML models and OpenCV pipelines for intelligent analysis of instrument images and sensor data.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and electrical engineering teams to develop software interfaces for robotic platforms and IoT devices.
• Support full-stack development activities including responsive UI and backend architecture for real-time system control.
