Meta is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join the Scaled Operations AI Acceleration Team. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions across operational processes at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring contractor and vendor workers.

The role emphasizes full-stack engineering, AI/ML advancement, security/compliance, and measurable business impact with ongoing playbooks and templates for scalable automation.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering, support engineering, reliability engineering or related fields.
• 6+ years in ML, recommender systems, NLP, data mining, AI infrastructure or related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with full web stack, REST API, Python, PHP/Hack, JavaScript/React development and debugging.
• Experience with fine-tuning PyTorch models and at least one LLM (e.g., Llama, GPT, Claude, Falcon).
• Experience communicating with technical and business audiences and creating technical docs.
• Experience analyzing data with SQL and solving operational issues.

Responsabilidades

• Full stack development of AI-powered automation to optimize key operational processes.
• Prototype and iterate technical solutions to improve employee efficiency with AI.
• Collaborate with process owners, architects, PMs, and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Apply backend, frontend, and data engineering skills to build scalable systems.
• Manage and guide contractor/vendor workers delivering technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet Meta's security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
