Qualifications

• Hands-on experimental work experience with ownership of methods, controls and reproducibility.
• Experience running automated laboratory operations, including staffing and quality procedures.
• Practical experience with AI and robotics in laboratory automation or experimental systems.
• Understanding reinforcement learning and model evaluation for meaningful assessments.
• Ability to translate scientific requirements into engineer-ready specifications.

Responsabilités

• Own experimental methods and define scientific acceptance criteria.
• Develop automated workflows with instruments and labware.
• Establish scientific validity by evaluating results and diagnosing issues.
• Lead laboratory operations including staffing, equipment, and training.
• Troubleshoot bench-level and instrument-level problems with fixes verified.
• Improve operating performance by assessing reproducibility and costs.
