Job summary

Fenwick & West seeks a KMI Manager to drive the firm's adoption of AI tools and workflows, translating legal processes into scalable, firmwide AI solutions. You will partner with attorneys and paralegals to implement AI across matters and lead the rollout of AI projects across the firm.

The role requires deep AI platform fluency, governance experience, and the ability to design effective training programs for attorneys and staff in a hybrid, U.S.-based office setting.

Qualifications

Experience translating legal workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
Strong technical depth with AI platforms and ability to collaborate with other technical teams.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with credibility to engage senior attorneys.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with attorneys to implement AI solutions for matters from concept to firmwide rollout.
Develop deep expertise in core AI platforms and apply to legal workflows and governance.
Support governance for AI tools and manage risk with compliance functions.
Design and lead ongoing communications and training for legal AI tools and resources.
