The role requires strong legal/firm background, exceptional communication, and robust project management to lead cross‑functional AI initiatives across the firm in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Law firm background translating real legal workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven track record working directly with attorneys to translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration.
• Excellent project management skills with multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• AI Implementation & Workflow Design partnering with attorneys and paralegals to implement AI solutions firmwide.
• Platform Management—develop deep expertise in core AI platforms and apply to legal workflows.
• AI Governance & Risk Awareness—support governance for AI tools and risk considerations.
• Communications & Training—design and lead ongoing training for legal AI tools and resources.
