Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience in Java (Java 17+).
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and governance of AI agents.
• Experience building event-driven and distributed systems (e.g., Kafka).
• Strong SDLC practices: VCS, CI/CD, automated builds/tests/deploys.
• Solid testing discipline: unit/integration/acceptance tests.
• Ability to navigate large, unfamiliar codebases with and without AI.
• Excellent communication across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-availability, multi-region, cloud-native services with observability.
• Develop event-driven architectures and optimized data paths for trade lifecycle management.
• Partner with engineers and stakeholders to model and digitize business processes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of software components from requirements to release.
• Innovate AI-centric solutions and reusable capabilities across front, middle, and back offices.
• Orchestrate AI coding agents across the SDLC to accelerate delivery.
