Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a senior Technical Program Management leader to oversee enterprise security programs and core infrastructure delivery. The role focuses on mentoring a team of program managers, aligning cross‑functional engineering units, and driving proactive risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or PgMP certification, or an advanced technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers to achieve departmental OKRs and operational excellence.
• Direct the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise security programs across core infrastructure systems within budget, scope, and schedule.
• Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting, and risk mitigation workflows to eliminate roadblocks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional engineering units, vendor partners, and project leads through milestones with transparent communication.
• Champion AI‑first workflows and automation tools to improve tracking and resource allocation.
• Align software engineering, infrastructure teams, and executives on security architectures and delivery roadmaps.
