Job summary

StackAdapt seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT and business programs within a PMO, driving AI-powered transformation. The role requires coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders while delivering on schedule and ROI.

You will leverage AI tools like Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT to accelerate research and automation initiatives, reporting progress to senior leadership and aligning with strategic priorities. This is a remote-first contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex, high-visibility programs on time.
• Ability to enter a new environment, build credibility quickly, and operate autonomously.
• Experience managing multiple projects and advising on portfolio priorities.
• Strong leadership and communication, able to influence senior leaders.
• Experience building end-to-end AI automations using Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Workato.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms: Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot.
• Proficiency with PM software: Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex programs as trusted IT and business partner.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders for strategic alignment.
• Leverage AI assistants to accelerate research, content generation, and productivity.
• Design and deliver AI automations and AI-enabled projects across the enterprise.
• Partner on RFPs and ROI analysis with third parties.
• Identify and manage program risks with proactive mitigation.
• Provide executive-ready updates to senior management.
• Measure performance and conduct post-project ROI evaluations.
