Job summary

T. Rowe Price, a premier global asset management firm, seeks a Senior Portfolio Analyst to analyze investment strategies and develop institutional-grade portfolio insights.

You will collaborate with portfolio managers and senior analysts to ensure accuracy and consistent messaging across regions and channels. The role emphasizes leveraging AI-enabled tools for analysis, data aggregation, and content generation while maintaining rigorous validation and judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: CFA and/or Master’s degree; 6+ years investment experience.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Research & analysis of assigned strategies, portfolios, benchmarks, peers, and portfolio manager thinking.
• Conduct analysis on assigned investment strategies considering market conditions, competitor analysis, asset class characteristics, portfolio construction and positioning.
• Create custom, time-sensitive analyses, refining and validating outputs for analytical rigor and consistent messaging.
• Develop expertise in data sources, platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools; demonstrate increasing independence in analysis and synthesis.
• Develop and deliver quarterly strategy updates, leveraging AI-enabled tools for drafting, comparison, and synthesis; own conclusions and messaging.
• Execute responsibilities using AI-enabled analytics and automation to aggregate data and generate initial outputs with human review.
• Provide support to portfolio managers and portfolio specialists in response to inquiries (ad hoc, client, consultant).
• Assist in content creation for investment presentations, exhibits, and analyses; explore AI to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
