Job summary

Synthires is seeking an Investment Banking & M&A Expert in a remote contractor role. You will apply IB and M&A expertise to build realistic deal environments, run valuation scenarios, and review AI‑assisted deliverables.

Hands‑on use of agentic AI tools is required to develop CIMs, pitch books, and client materials. Requirements include 5+ years in IB/M&A, experience with valuation and live‑deal materials, and proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A, or sell‑side advisory.
Hands‑on experience with valuation models, CIMs, pitch books, and live‑deal client materials.
Practical experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.

Responsibilities

Build realistic transaction environments using company information, financial statements, diligence materials, and deal context.
Design multi‑step tasks involving valuation, comparable‑company analysis, financial modeling, and sell‑side advisory.
Use AI agents to develop and review CIMs, pitch books, valuation models, and supporting materials.
Independently verify the accuracy and quality of AI‑generated deliverables.
Create objective evaluation criteria and realistic transaction workflows.
