Job summary

Synthires is seeking an Investment Banking & M&A Expert for remote, task-based work. The role focuses on evaluating AI-driven deal scenarios, building transaction environments, and reviewing valuation models and client materials.

You will work with agentic AI tools to create CIMs and pitch books and must verify outputs for accuracy. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in investment banking or sell‑side advisory, hands-on valuation experience, and familiarity with AI agents such as Claude Code,

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A, or sell‑side advisory.
Hands‑on experience with valuation models, comparable‑company analyses, CIMs, pitch books, and live‑deal client materials.
Practical experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.
General chatbot usage alone does not meet the AI experience requirement.

Responsibilities

Build realistic transaction environments using company information, financial statements, diligence materials, and deal context.
Design multi‑step tasks involving valuation, comparable‑company analyses, financial modeling, and sell‑side advisory.
Use AI agents to develop and review CIMs, pitch books, valuation models, and supporting materials.
Independently verify the accuracy and quality of AI‑generated deliverables.
Create objective evaluation criteria and realistic transaction workflows.
