Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking an experienced Analytics Specialist within the Ethics and Compliance function in Dallas. You will develop reporting frameworks, integrate data from multiple systems, and generate actionable intelligence from investigations.

The role supports dashboards, AI-enabled processes, and automated document review to improve efficiency, with a focus on identifying trends and improving investigative outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a compliance, risk, or investigations program.
• Experience using AI / generative tools to automate workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL.
• Experience building dashboards from disparate data sources.
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies, patterns and translate findings into insights.
• Experience supporting investigations through e-discovery and research.
• Strong ability to organize and synthesize large volumes of information.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Compile, organize, and analyze data relevant to active matters across multiple systems.
• Prepare structured summaries, timelines, and analytical outputs for investigators.
• Support investigations through e-discovery and document review processes.
• Conduct open-source and social media research.
• Organize and synthesize large volumes of information from multiple sources.
• Synthesize information to surface patterns and insights and identify trends.
