Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2–5 years in BI, FP&A, data analytics, or related role.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data models with AI and Power BI, with DAX knowledge.
Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, reporting, workflow, or problem solving.
Strong Excel skills and Power Query experience.
Working SQL skills for data extraction and validation.
Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using AI and Power BI.
Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and translate questions into analytics.
Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and improved workflows to reduce manual work.
Test and implement responsible AI use cases in reporting, data review, and documentation.
Extract, transform, validate, and present data using SQL, Power Query, and other tools.
Automate recurring reporting and make analytics scalable.
Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and document dashboards and datasets.
