Williams is seeking a Product Engineer to design and deliver in-house software products that support business goals. You will work with stakeholders to translate problems into high-value, production-ready applications, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions and iterative development.

Responsibilities include hands-on development, architectural guidance, and mentoring teams while exploring emerging AI tools and platforms to improve enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in software design, testing, and modern development practices.
• Experience crafting scalable, maintainable software systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and development of sophisticated software solutions.
• Defines technical vision and guides architectural decisions.
• Collaborates with partners to define project goals and requirements.
• Provides technical leadership and mentorship to developers and teams.
• Contributes to documentation of software solutions and processes.
