You will lead teams, shape architecture, and mentor developers while collaborating with business units to apply AI responsibly across workflows. A strong safety and quality mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of software development experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical training valued.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and development of sophisticated software solutions, including testing and debugging.
• Defines technical vision and guides architectural decisions.
• Collaborates with partners to define project goals and requirements.
• Provides technical leadership and mentorship to developers and teams.
• Contributes to documentation of software solutions and processes.
• Applies AI capabilities across enterprise and product delivery workflows.
