Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Sr. Manager, AI Enablement - Brand and Communications to scale AI-native ways of working across Global Communications and Brand.

You will build practical frameworks, workflows, skills, and automations to empower teams to produce high-quality, on-brand work more efficiently while driving measurable business impact. You will design and maintain AI-native workflows, curate content standards, and measure adoption and time saved.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, or marketing operations, ideally in B2B tech or legal tech.
• Hands-on experience with major LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and a track record of building skills, GPTs, and AI-native workflows.
• Strong facilitation and teaching skills, with the ability to translate a technical framework into usable practice for a non-technical marketing team.
• A strategic thinker who is also a hands-on builder.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption of new ways of working.
• Deep curiosity about AI and marketing transformation.

Responsibilities

• Put an AI-native operating system into practice for Global Communications and Brand, creating workflows, content, and configuration.
• Design, build, maintain, and evolve AI-native workflows, including skills, GPTs, and automations.
• Curate and refine the operating system's content and standards.
• Measure adoption, time saved, and output quality, and report impact to stakeholders.
• Package and share skills, templates, and workflows with global teams to enable consistent asset creation at scale.
• Champion AI fluency and adoption by establishing guidelines, forums, and training.
• Collaborate with Global Communications and Brand teams to mirror real workflows and insights.
• Scan AI landscape and translate new tools into practical workflows.
